To get the season off to a good start we are doing our luscious lobster Thermidor.
2 Irish pot caught lobsters, all prepared with our rich Thermidor sauce and Gruyere cheese.
This dish will serve 2 as a main or 4 as starter.
Christmas suppers and hampers are shipped from HQ on 22nd for arrival between 22nd & 24th
