This wonderful red fish is fished by our friends in Kilkeel. It can be cooked whole or filleted and has similar texture to Sea bass or Bream.

This fish is sold as fillets unless requested whole

Bluemouth seaperch, is a species of marine ray-finned fish belonging to the subfamily Sebastinae which is classified within the family Scorpaenidae.

This Atlantic species is a typical sit-and-wait predator with a highly cryptic coloration.

Whole fish will be approximately 1kg in total weight and will arrive filleted and packed in 500g vacuum sealed packets
